Hosting Your Website

The only charge for your free website is a hosting fee of $250 for the first year. The $250 first year fee includes unlimited 800 number support and software maintenance.

Why Are We Doing This?

Two reasons:
  1. E-Government.com is committed to serving the municipal community.
  2. We think it's good business

The E-Government Content Management System (CMS) is comprised of a group of functional modules. Modules include:
  • Basic Module (The one you get for free)
  • Media Central
  • Frequently Asked Questions
  • Town Square (Commnuity ingeractive)
  • Site Tools
  • Essential Message Services
  • Online Foms
  • Newsletter Publishing
  • Constituent Relationship Management

Based upon our experience municipalities get hooked when they see how the CMS reduces the management of a website to a clerical function. In addition, some municipalities will initially purchase additional modules or purchase additional modules in relatively short order.

There are no Hidden Charges

Your website using the Basic Module of the E-Government CMS is totally free for the first year, there is only a $250 hosting fee. There are no other charges. If the Basic module suites your needs we will both be happy. After the first year the fee is $100 per month.

Your municipality is not billed for the first month. Try the system four months and if you don't agree it's the best thing since parking meters, we'll take down the site and refund any prepayment and you will owe us nothing.
