1. What types of email accounts are available?
There are two types of accounts: Alias and POP3. To the outside world they are identical. A forwarding address is supplied when creating an alias account. As an example mail for jim@test-site.com might be automatically forwarded to jim@aol.com. Mail sent to a POP3 address remains on the server until the recipient reads and deletes the mail or until the recipient transfers the mail to a PC based mail reader. - Top

2. How do I access my POP3 mailbox via the web?
For web access of your POP3 mailbox first go to http://pobox.e-government.com (note, no www) You are then prompted for your USERID and PASSWORD. Your USERID is you full email address, something like your-account@your-domain.com. When you successfully log in a menu of possible activities appears. - Top

3. I forgot my password, word. How can I get it again.
For your protection passwords are stored in encrypted format. A password cannot be retrieved. However, your domain administrator can reset the password for your account. Contact your administrator at webmaster@your-domain.com. - Top
